Quick Chilled Lima Bean Soup

  • 3 cups Tomato Juice
  • 2 cups Plain Almond or Soy Yogurt
  • 10 oz. packaged Frozen Lima Beans
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/4 cup BõKU Super Food
  1. In the container of a Vita-Mix or other high-speed blender place the tomato juice, yogurt, frozen lima beans, curry powder and Boku. Blend until smooth and check for seasoning.
